O-gov: Citizen Empowerment - active listening.
The Net is a medium that facilitates the expression of many different points of view and allows citizens’ voices to be heard. At this roundtable, we will share different kinds of initiatives that aim to encourage citizen participation and how the new media make it possible for citizens to participate more actively in society.
